We Specialize in Helping with…
Anxiety and Depression Therapy
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought cycles, or struggling to get through the day, you’re not alone.
Using a blend of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and deeper insight-based work, we address both the symptoms and root causes of your distress. You’ll learn practical tools to reduce anxiety and lift depression, while also exploring the internal narratives that shape your emotional life.
- Generalized Anxiety
- Panic Attacks & Health Anxiety
- Social Anxiety
- Persistent Sadness or Hopelessness
- Low Motivation and Energy
- Negative Thinking Patterns
Trauma, PTSD, and Childhood Wounds
Trauma can leave lasting emotional and psychological imprints—sometimes without us realizing it. Whether your experiences involve childhood neglect, abuse, violence, or emotional invalidation, we offer a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, stability, and empowerment.
Our therapists draw from attachment theory, somatic awareness, and trauma-focused CBT to help you rebuild trust in yourself and others, process traumatic memories, and reclaim your sense of purpose.
- Complex PTSD (C-PTSD)
- Childhood Emotional Neglect
- Developmental Trauma
- Sexual or Physical Abuse
- Loss, Grief, and Medical Trauma
Men’s Mental Health & Identity Work
We understand that many men are taught to suppress emotions, prioritize achievement, and “handle it alone.”
Through a blend of relational therapy, CBT, and depth-oriented dialogue, we help men reconnect with themselves and redefine what it means to live with a sense of purpose, rather than simply fulfilling expectations and responsibilities.
- Emotional Expression & Regulation
- Fatherhood & Family Pressures
- Masculinity & Identity Development
- Career Stress & Burnout
- Relationship Intimacy & Connection
- Healing from Past Hurts or Shame
Relationship & Attachment Issues
Many of our challenges show up in the relationships that matter most. If you’re struggling with repeated patterns in love, friendships, or family life, we can help you uncover the roots and begin creating healthier connections.
Using attachment-based therapy, we’ll explore how your early experiences shape your adult relationships—and develop new ways of relating that support closeness, safety, and self-respect.
- Fear of Abandonment or Rejection
- Trouble Setting Boundaries
- Codependency or Emotional Enmeshment
- Difficulty with Trust and Intimacy
- Patterns of Avoidance or Clinginess
Life Transitions, Stress & Burnout
Change—even positive change—can be incredibly stressful. Whether you’re facing a major life event or living with chronic stress, we help you navigate these periods with clarity and emotional resilience.
Through structured support and reflective insight, we’ll help you understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward with intention.
- Career Shifts & Job Dissatisfaction
- Parenthood & Family Changes
- Relocation, Divorce, or Loss
- Burnout from High-Pressure Roles
- Existential Questions & Life Direction
Self-Esteem, Emotional Insight & Personal Growth
You don’t need a crisis to benefit from therapy. Many clients come to us simply to understand themselves better, deepen emotional intelligence, or move beyond old narratives.
Using psychodynamic therapy, strength-based coaching, and evidence-based exercises, we help you uncover the “why” behind your behaviors and develop a more authentic, empowered version of yourself.
- Improving Self-Worth and Confidence
- Understanding Emotional Triggers
- Healing from Internalized Shame
- Building Assertiveness and Self-Compassion
- Exploring Purpose and Identity

We Specialize in Helping with…
Work and Career Consulting
This specialty is focused on therapy and consulting for executives and professionals. Small business professionals and management executives can often make sense of their anxieties, manage their stress, and strengthen their professional expertise through this type of therapy. We know that you don’t need to feel the stress and the loneliness that comes from being lost in your work or unsure of your next steps. We help CEOs, executives, small business owners, and other professionals discover happiness in their lives. This type of therapeutic consulting can help you find more ease in your daily routine. You will work to create the space where your personal and family life can be a priority; it doesn’t have to be overtaken by your workload.
Individuals
We specialize in reduction of current symptoms, overcoming childhood trauma, or the pursuit of personal growth and self-knowledge. People seek emotional support for many different reasons. Sometimes we need support in dealing with a loved one or a friend, health issues, job changes or other life challenges. At times, we consciously choose to explore our own personal growth. Individual therapy can be a helpful support to you in all of these circumstances. Although the issues are different for each person, there is a common need to learn more about ourselves through personal insight and emotional support. We also help clients improve unhealthy behaviors, beliefs and emotions.
Adolescents and Teens
Adolescence and teenage years can be difficult. Your child is rapidly developing physically, socially, intellectually, and emotionally. In addition, the effects of social media and technology can compound pressure they already feel and can make it challenging to maintain their mental and emotional health. You may notice signs that your child is struggling, as demonstrated by a loss of previously enjoyed activities, a drop in their grades and academic engagement, sadness, irritability/anger, isolative tendencies, and even a change in their eating or sleeping habits. Your child does not have to weather this period without support. We have counselors who specialize in the adolescent and teen population and who employ research-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, among others.
Caregivers
This is an area that focuses on exploring your current role as the primary caregiver of another individual. Taking care of a loved one who is ill or in need requires a significant amount of mental and emotional energy. Caregivers can easily become depleted of this energy and can lose track of their own need for care and support.
